Hello! My name is Kristen Deptula and I am so happy to be working as Union's Special Education teacher for grades K-8. Having grown up in Tolland, I have always loved this area of our state. I'm a graduate of the University of Connecticut and Eastern Connecticut State University, and have worked as a general education teacher, special education teacher, and even an online ESL tutor in China. When I'm not at school I enjoy spending time with my husband and our four kids, along with our dogs, cats, goats, chickens and turkeys. I also enjoy traveling, reading and theater, both watching and producing!

I've collected some resources that I hope you and your family will find helpful. They include links to tools for learning, as well as games and documents you may need for a PPT. Enjoy!
